This weekend we took part in the Auburn Community Festival and entered the annual Scarecrow contest. Our entry was "Dancing with the Steers" and we got 3rd place! We are going to Ruth's Chris tonight to celebrate!
It's hard getting a baby to smile at the camera when there is so much going on.... :)
Melinda also helped with Mrs. Hyatt's class entry "Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!". They won first prize in the school division.
Cooper loved being outside all day at the festival.
Check out the huge pumpkins. The winner was over 1100 pounds! Thank you Bam for all the great pictures. :)

Cute scarecrows...looks like a lot of fun! We made one for the backyard to keep the deer away!! It's not fancy..but Avah had fun making it! She is loving being a big sister...I couldn't ask for her to be any better with Jenna. Cooper is so cute. I can't believe how tall he is...he's almost ready to be a big brother! =) Hope things are going well. Has he started cereal yet?
